Our website grants you four possible types of license to use the web templates and other products (the “products”) sold through our website by independent content providers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company, as follows:

  1. ONE TIME USAGE LICENSE:3000€

    You may be granted a One Time Usage License in case of purchasing a website template at a Non-Unique Price. It enables you to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again if you to use the same design in connection with another or other projects.

  2. DEVELOPERS LICENSE

    If you purchase a Developer’s license, you are granted a non-exclusive permission to use the template on up to 5 domains for projects belonging to either you or your client*. With this license, you are not allowed to integrate the purchased product with a third-party software, freeware or applications.

    * 4 years warranty and free support provided. 
  3. EXTENDED LICENSE:4200€

    This license entitles you to integrate the template with the software, freeware, or application which isn’t produced by our company. You are permitted to redistribute or resell your created products unlimited number of times. The price for the extended license is half of the template’s Buyout price.   4. GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE V3.0:1350€

    If you buy a template released under GNU General Public License v3.0, you can use it on any number of projects belonging to either you or your clients without any limitations. This license allows you to modify the template and its sources to suit your needs and redistribute it under the terms of the GPL as well.

  5. BUYOUT PURCHASE LICENSE:5650€ (EU ONLY)

    You may be granted a Buyout Purchase License in case of purchasing a website template at a Buyout Purchase Price. This type of license is for professional use and guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase occurs, the template is permanently removed from the Develtools sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You cannot redistribute* or resell templates after Buyout Purchase Price or authorize other companies or developers to use or edit the template.

  6.  Conditions of your 4 Years Warranty: 

If the Client’s website is to be installed on a third-party server, data base  must be granted temporary read/write access to the Client’s storage directories  which must be accessible via FTP. Depending on the specific nature of the project, other resources or paths might also need to be locked on the server.

How to get a Developer ID:

  1. List all certifications gained through professional education.
  2. Passport copy.
  3. Photograph.
  4. Attach files.

Creative Commons:

  • Users have the ability to upload content with a Creative Commons license*.  *750€
  • The standard template license remains the default setting for all uploads. For review the terms of the standard template license.
  • Because Creative Commons licenses are for your original content, you cannot mark your template with the Creative Commons license if there isn't a Developer ID claim on it.
